Position Overview

Job Title: Sales Specialist / Export Sales Specialist

Work Location: Linyi City, Shandong Province (remote work available)

Number of Openings: Several

Salary Range: Base salary + commission (negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage domestic and international sales of the company's panel products (plywood, particleboard, medium-density fiberboard, marine plywood, decorative panels, etc.);

2. Develop new customers and maintain existing customers through trade shows, emails, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and B2B platforms to achieve sales targets;

3. Follow up on customer inquiries, provide professional product consultation and quotations, and coordinate customized orders (colors, specifications, special performance requirements, etc.);

4. Manage the entire order process — from contract signing, production progress tracking, and inspection coordination to logistics shipping and after-sales service;

5. Collect market information and industry trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and offer references for product optimization and market strategy;

6. In line with the company's "Full After-Sales Guarantee" commitment, assist in handling customer quality feedback and maintain brand reputation;

7. Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Core Competencies

• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Good at listening to customer needs, with strong expression and negotiation skills, able to effectively convey the company's product value;

• Learning Ability: Enthusiastic about learning panel product knowledge (colors, substrates, adhesives, environmental grades, etc.), able to quickly master product characteristics;

• Stress Resistance: Strong self-motivation and sense of purpose, able to maintain a positive attitude under sales target pressure;

• Service Awareness: Identify with the company's "customer first" service philosophy, possess empathy, and able to provide professional and timely pre-sales and after-sales support;

• Teamwork: Good team spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with production, quality control, and logistics departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer resources in the panel, furniture, or building materials industry preferred;

• Familiarity with export procedures, customs declaration, and letter of credit operations preferred;

• Ability in minor languages (Spanish, Arabic, French, etc.) preferred;

• Overseas study or work experience preferred.
